How to Return Your Order:

Should you decide to return a product from your online purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact via email at info@tuttys.ie

In your email, provide the following details:

• The order number.

• The name of item and reason for returning

We will respond to your email and initiate the refund process once the item has been returned.

For a full refund, the item must be in "as new" condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to W91EK4H.

How to Return a Damaged Product:

In the event of a damaged product, please contact us immediately via email at info@tuttys.ie

Include the following information in your communication:

• The order number

• The name of the damaged/defective item

• Photo of the damaged/defective item

• Your preference for a refund or replacement item

We will respond promptly, and please retain the damaged/defective item until further instructions are provided.
